Patrycja Figarska

Patrycja Figarska is an experienced HR professional with a focus on Learning and Development currently serving as an HR Specialist at Redspher since April 2021. In this role, Patrycja addresses developmental needs at individual, group, and organizational levels, including conducting one-on-one sessions and designing psychoeducational workshops.
