Luca Qiu

Luca Qiu is the CEO of Value China, a leading market solutions provider with partnerships across major platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Tencent, and Bytedance, and recently became part of Neosperience SpA. In addition to leading Value China since July 2018, Luca Qiu holds the position of Presidente Giovani Impreditori at Confesercenti Bologna and serves as an outlets project advisor for Redstar Macalline. Luca Qiu is also a guest lecturer at LIUC - Università Cattaneo and Professional Datagest, and has been the Secretary General of the意大利中意文化交流中心 since January 2015. Co-founding the China branch of Zago studio architects in 2015 further illustrates Luca Qiu’s diverse experience. Previous roles include Coordinator of the Digital Working Group for the Camera di Commercio Italo Cinese and participation in the Task Force China for the Italian Ministry of Economic Development. Luca Qiu holds a degree in International Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and is enrolled at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
