Clayton Wood is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries, notably Food Tech and energy. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Redstick Ventures and Chief Strategy Officer at CIBOTICA, Clayton provides strategic advisory services in fundraising and product development. As the CEO/Principal of Clayton Wood Associates, Clayton offers CEO advisory services, focusing on organizational challenges and strategic planning. Previous roles include CEO and Board Director at Picnic, COO at IUNU, Interim COO at Planetary Power Inc., and CEO & President at Synapse Product Development. Clayton holds an MBA from the University of Washington, as well as both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
