Cassy Nordgren

Cassy Nordgren is a skilled Human Resources Generalist with extensive experience in HR operations and employee relations. Currently employed at Redstone Residential since November 2022, Cassy previously worked at Lumio from May 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included implementing HR projects, enhancing the onboarding process, and managing HR inquiries. Earlier experience includes serving as a Recruiting Assistant at Lumio and as a U.S. Phone Agent/Point of Contact Supervisor at Young Living Essential Oils, where Cassy developed leadership and training skills while supporting a team of phone and chat agents. Cassy began a career in retail at Macy's and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Utah Valley University.
