Kaj Hagros

Kaj Hagros is currently the Chair of the People Committee and a Board Member at Loihde, an information and security technology solution provider. Kaj is also the Managing Partner, Nordics at Redstone, a Venture Capital firm, and a Board Member at Chipmetrics, a company specializing in thin film characterization. Additionally, Kaj holds positions as the Chair of the Board at Inderes Oyj, co-founder of Poppiboksi, and has previous experience in various leadership roles in companies such as Heltti, Prodeko Ventures, and Aalto University Executive Education Ltd. Kaj Hagros holds a M.Sc in Industrial Management and has completed an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, The London School of Economics and Political Science, and HEC Paris.
