Natalie Wallace, CAE has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Natalie is currently working as an Account Director at Redstone Agency Inc. since October 2021. In this role, they lead a team and provides strategic solutions to Boards and Executive Directors of international, national, and provincial organizations. Prior to this, Natalie worked as a Senior Account Manager at the same company, where they managed accounts of different sizes and industries, developing creative solutions and leading communications strategies. Natalie joined Redstone Agency Inc. as an Account Manager in July 2018.
Before joining Redstone Agency Inc., Natalie worked as a Freelance Events Coordinator at Wallace Events from October 2012 to July 2018. Natalie also gained experience in event management and operations at the Real Estate Institute of Canada. Their roles at the institute include Manager of Events & Operations, Senior Education and Events Coordinator, and Executive Assistant. As a Manager of Events & Operations, they successfully executed the annual conference and AGM, securing sponsorships and managing the budget. Natalie also played a role in increasing the submissions for the Pursuit of Excellence awards. Natalie started their journey at the institute as an Executive Assistant, supporting the Executive Director & CEO and coordinating tasks for the Board of Directors and task forces.
Additionally, Natalie served as the Vice Chair and Director of Programming at TeamBravo! Inc. from September 2009 to August 2017. In this role, they managed a large staff, organized programming tracks, and collaborated with hotels for conventions. Natalie also gained experience as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from April 2006 to August 2012 and as a Guest Relations Intern at the Toronto International Film Festival in March-April 2012.

Natalie Wallace, CAE, has a diverse education history. Natalie attended George Brown College from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Special Event Planning with a focus on Meeting and Event Planning. Prior to that, they studied Theatre Studies at the University of Guelph from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. More recently, Natalie obtained their certification as a Certified Association Executive from the CSAE Canadian Society of Association Executives in January 2018.
