Caroline Potiphar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Caroline began their career in 2007 as a Campaign Coordinator at Kingsbarn Equestrian Centre, where they gained a solid understanding of office practices and implemented financial systems. Caroline then moved on to Enrichment Technology, where they served as a PA to the Head of Legal and Team and later as a PA to the Head of Security and Office and Facilities Manager. In these roles, Caroline demonstrated strong communication skills and adaptability while managing various responsibilities.

Caroline's next role was as an Office Manager at WB Projects Ltd, where they managed all aspects of the office and provided HR and payroll support for three companies. Caroline also ensured compliance with health and safety regulations.

In 2014, Caroline joined A&O IT Group as an Executive Assistant, where they excelled in complex diary management and delivered high levels of customer service. Caroline later transitioned to the role of HR Business Partner, where they focused on recruitment and selection processes, induction programs, and coaching managers on employee lifecycle management.

After their time at A&O IT Group, Caroline worked at Birkdale Sales as an Executive Assistant and HR Business Partner, providing support to senior management and partnering with HR functions.

Currently, Caroline is working at Redstor as a People and Culture Manager, overseeing HR functions and ensuring a positive work culture.

Caroline Potiphar completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of the West of England, starting in 2005 and concluding in 2008. Before attending university, they attended Wycombe High School from 1999 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Caroline obtained the CIPD Level 5 certification from CIPD in March 2020. Additionally, they achieved the ILM Level 3 Certificate in FM from BIFM - The professional body for facilities management in July 2013.
