Sandy N. Ibáñez

Sandy N. Ibáñez is an experienced professional with a background in operations, teaching, marketing, and business consulting. In 2022, they began working as the Vice President of Operations for RedSwan CRE, where they are responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring day-to-day operational systems and processes. From 2019 to 2022, Sandy was a Fifth Grade ELAR and Social Studies Teacher at Fort Bend ISD, where they were successful in building trust and meaningful relationships between students, parents, and administrators. From 2014 to 2019, Sandy worked as a Transaction Coordinator for Cushman & Wakefield, where they were involved in the communication between buyers and sellers, underwriting $2 Billion of multifamily assets, and leading the team's social media marketing campaign. From 2010 to 2014, Sandy held two positions at Onyx Limousine Service, Inc.: General Manager and Marketing and Client Relations Director, and Office Manager. In 2008, Sandy was the President of the University of Houston Sandy N.'spanic Alumni Association and an Outreach Specialist for the National Sandy N.'spanic Professional Organization Leadership Institute. In 2007, Sandy was a Student Representative for the National Sandy N.'spanic Professional Organization-NHPO, President of the University of Houston Sandy N.'spanic Student Association, and a Social Media Marketer for Socially Redefined Communications- The SRC Group. Finally, in 2007, Sandy was a Business Consulting Intern for Masterpiece Solutions.

Sandy N. Ibáñez obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, Entrepreneurship, and European Studies from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business between 2003 and 2008. In 2021, they obtained a Real Estate Sales Person certification from the Texas Real Estate Commission. Additionally, they have attended the National Sandy N.'spanic Professional Organization-Leadership Institute.
