Sebastián Sayas, MBA, DGO, is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Head of Energy Sector at CSI and the VP of Energy & Power at Redtree, with a passion for sustainable energy solutions and strong client relationships. With extensive experience in electrical power, automation, and energy management, Sebastián has led significant projects in renewable energy, hydrogen production, and microgrid development. In addition to roles on the Board of Directors at ADME and as President of AGCEI, Sebastián has a rich background in operations and engineering management across various industries, including roles at Softys and Anheuser-Busch InBev. Sebastián holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and advanced certifications in energy management and operations.
