Richard Sörensson

Richard Sörensson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Richard is currently the Head of Innovation at Adway, a HR-tech provider for big enterprises. Richard was previously the Head of Product at Adway, where they played a key role in developing smart and innovative solutions for talent acquisition.

Richard also has experience as a Founder & Investor at Innovx, where they were involved in founding and investing in new ventures. As the Chairman of the Board & Founder at Reducero, they focused on developing technology to empower consumers in relation to banks. Richard also served as the CEO & Founder of Reducero and No Ink, a cloud-based postal management service.

In addition, Richard worked as the CTO & Partner at Shopy, a social shopping engine, where they were responsible for platform development and resource allocation.
