Head of Customer Success at Reduct.Video

Richard Beeson is currently the Head of Customer Success at Reduct.Video. Richard has extensive experience in customer success, having previously worked as the Customer Success Leader at AgoraPulse from March 2012 to November 2020. At AgoraPulse, Richard was responsible for designing and implementing the new user experience, which doubled the number of adopted new users from 12% to 24% and new MRR from 19k to 39k in 8 months. Richard also built a customer research program to define the buyer’s journey, create newly informed marketing initiatives and drive UI/UX improvements. In addition, Richard brought the Voice of the Customer to Product, Marketing, Sales and the executive team to help position Agorapulse in the marketplace and bring new solutions to raise each department’s KPIs. As employee #5 and the first U.S. team member, they helped position Agorapulse in the U.S. market and raise the number of paying customers from 5 to 800 in two years.

Prior to their work at AgoraPulse, Richard was the owner/co-founder of Sidekick Market Solutions from February 2011 to April 2013. Richard also worked as an Air Traffic Control for the Federal Aviation Administration from April 2007 to February 2012. Richard began their career as an Operations/Training NCO for the US Army, where they served from April 2002 to April 2007.

Richard Beeson has a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration and Marketing from UNEM.
