Chari Childs

Chari Childs has a diverse work experience. Chari began their career as a Benefit Service Representative at Hewitt Associates in 2007. Chari then became a Case Manager before transitioning to Duval County Public Schools as a School Counselor Intern in 2010. In 2011, Chari joined CSX as an HR Specialist, providing employee support and assistance with HR policies. Chari later took on the role of Manager Talent Management, where they focused on implementing and improving talent management processes. In 2016, Chari joined Amazon as an HR Business Partner, and later became an HR Change & Communications Business Partner. Currently, since 2021, they are working at Redwire Space, first as a Talent Performance Leader, and currently as the Director of Development, Engagement & Performance. Throughout their career, Chari has also pursued their passion for photography by starting their own photography business, known as Chari Childs Photography.

Chari Childs completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Chari then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Psychological Studies from Nova Southeastern University, completing it from 2008 to 2010.
