Filip Dewitte has a diverse work experience. Filip currently works as the Lead System Engineer & Team Lead Space Equipment System Engineering at Redwire Space since March 2022. Prior to this, they were a System Engineer at the same company from March 2018 to March 2022. Filip also has experience as a Freelance Innovation Consultant, assisting clients in converting their innovative ideas into profitable industrial entrepreneurship and obtaining innovation grants from various governments. Filip worked as a Consultant at EY from November 2016 to March 2018, focusing on obtaining innovation grants for clients. Filip also worked as an Ingenieur at Volvo Trucks for a short period in 2016 and performed an internship at Lambert Aircraft Engineering in 2014. In addition, they were a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer for the NovaBike Racing Team Delft during their bachelor's degree.
