Lashawn Buckley

LaShawn Buckley is an accomplished leader in the aerospace industry with extensive experience in program management, engineering, and strategic growth initiatives. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Civil and International Space Business at Redwire Space since June 2025, LaShawn focuses on sector growth, global sales, strategy, operations, and portfolio management. Prior roles include Vice President of Space Destinations Systems and Senior Director of Engineering at Sierra Space, as well as various leadership positions at Lockheed Martin, notably as Human Space Exploration Habitation Manager and Chief Technologist for multiple projects. LaShawn also contributed significantly as Vice President of Softgoods and Deputy Program Manager at Bigelow Aerospace, where strategic initiatives in NASA's NextSTEP Habitat Program were directed. Education includes a diploma in General Studies from Hammonton High School.
