Carla dos Santos

Carla dos Santos has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carla started their career at Santander Portugal in 1997 as a Customer Services Supervisor, where they worked until 2003. In this role, they supervised customer service operations.

Carla then transitioned to the position of Commercial Loans Administrator from April 2003 to August 2005, where they managed commercial loan portfolios. Following this, Carla took on the role of Credit Risk and Mortgage Officer from August 2005 to December 2017, in which they handled credit risk assessments and mortgage operations.

From September 2017 to December 2018, Carla worked as a Compliance Officer, ensuring regulatory compliance within the organization.

In March 2019, Carla joined Redwood Bank (Limited) as a Credit Operations officer, focusing on credit operations.

With extensive experience in customer service, loan administration, credit risk assessment, compliance, and credit operations, Carla possesses a well-rounded skill set in the banking industry.

Carla dos Santos obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa. Carla attended the university from 1993 to 1996.
