Nicole Naffaa

Nicole Naffaa is an experienced advancement and development professional, currently serving as the Associate Director of Advancement at Redwood Day since August 2023. Previously, Naffaa held the position of Senior Director of Development at Pacific School of Religion from March 2021 to July 2023, and was the Director of Course Enrollment and Customer Care at Mindful Schools from December 2016 to February 2020. Naffaa has an extensive background in recruitment and admissions, having worked in a similar capacity at Pacific School of Religion from August 2003 to April 2016. Early career roles include Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry at the Diocese of San Jose and Associate Campus Minister at Santa Clara University. Naffaa holds a Master of Divinity in Theology from the Jesuit School of Theology of Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC San Diego.
