Jill Shearer

Jill Shearer has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager at Redwood Electric Group since May 2011, with prior roles as Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer. Before joining Redwood Electric Group, Jill worked at Turner Construction from May 2005 to May 2011, where responsibilities included project management for significant projects such as the $350M San Francisco International Airport Terminal 2 renovation and a $2M medical clinic build-out. Jill also managed multiple tenant improvement and retail renovation projects with budgets up to $500K and provided construction services supervision for various commercial projects. Earlier in their career, Jill founded Golden Bear Fastener & Tool Repair, successfully growing the operation to $750K in revenue in under three years. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Economy of Natural Resources from the University of California, Berkeley.
