Hezi Hamra has extensive experience in IT and technical support, currently serving as the IT Helpdesk Manager at Redwood International Sports since July 2012, where responsibilities have included overseeing IT helpdesk operations and system administration. Prior to this role, Hezi worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Internet Rimon from March 2008 to June 2011. Educational qualifications include a degree from Ort Technikom Givatayim, completed between 1997 and 2001.
