Richard Beck

Richard Beck is a seasoned professional in network engineering and cybersecurity, currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Redwood Materials since November 2025. Beck has extensive experience with previous roles at The Redesign Group and Truckee Meadows Water Authority, among others, where responsibilities included building and evaluating networks and data centers, as well as supporting and troubleshooting client systems. With a strong foundation in information technology, evidenced by a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Security, both from Western Governors University, Beck has developed expertise in network infrastructure and cybersecurity. Additional early career experiences include roles in technical support and logistics management, providing a well-rounded skill set in technology and operations.
