Sophie Boel

Sophie Boel (Grodsinsky) is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Redwood Materials, leading the Recycling business unit, leveraging a strong background in engineering and project execution. With prior roles at Redwood, including Internal Communications & Public Affairs Manager and Senior Construction Project Manager, Sophie has played a pivotal role in the construction and development of the Battery Materials campus. Experience spans several prominent companies, including Fortis Construction, Tesla Motors, Trican Well Service, and Schlumberger, where Sophie focused on project management, construction engineering, and field operations. An alumnus of Carnegie Mellon University, Sophie earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Engineering and Public Policy.
