Mary Kidd has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Success Operations and Education at Redwood Software since September 2023. Prior to this, Mary worked as a Cat Sitter at Meowtel.

Before Meowtel, Mary had an extensive tenure at Alarm.com, where they held multiple positions. Mary started as a Training Coordinator in December 2014 and within a year, they successfully established the award-winning Alarm.com Certified Technician program. Mary then progressed to become a Product Manager for Partner Tools, where they designed and delivered project requirements, achieving the "Best Education and Support Program" Award at CES 2019.

Prior to their time at Alarm.com, Mary worked as a Litigation and International Arbitration Paralegal at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP from June 2013 to November 2014.

Additionally, Mary has experience working in the sports industry, specifically with the University of Virginia Football team, where they held roles in Football Video Operations & Editing and the Football Office and Recruiting Assistant. Mary also worked as a Government Documents and Periodicals Specialist during their time at the university.

Furthermore, Mary gained legal experience through internships at the United States Attorney's Office and Legal Aid Justice Center.

Mary Kidd received their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia in 2013, with a major in Spanish and Foreign Affairs. In 2011, they also studied French at the University of Virginia in Lyon. In 2016, they obtained a certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute.
