Melissa McCaw

Melissa McCaw has extensive experience in sales operations and administrative roles. Melissa currently works as a Sales Operations Team Lead at Redwood Software since February 2022. Before that, they worked at Advanced Systems Concepts, Inc. from July 2014, specializing in sales operations for their Workload Automation software. Prior to that, Melissa had a role as a Samsung Warranty Billing Processor at Field Service Management, Inc. from November 2011 to July 2014. Starting their career at Capital One Bank in March 2007, they worked as a Department Support Clerk until September 2010.

Melissa McCaw obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Grand Canyon University in the academic year of 2009-2010.
