Ryan Wood

Ryan Wood currently serves as the Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Managed File Transfer (MFT) at Redwood Software, where responsibilities include advancing the JSCAPE MFT product line and delivering innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. Previously, Ryan held the position of Sales Director at Pragma Edge Inc and spent over 16 years at IBM, starting as a Staff Software Engineer and progressing to Senior Product Manager. In the role of Senior Product Manager, oversight of the entire product lifecycle was key, while as a Support Engineer, Ryan focused on technical support for the Sterling B2B Integrator with a specialization in Java, Database, and Scalability. Early career experience includes serving as a Technology Sales Manager at Circuit City Stores, managing sales teams and developing revenue growth strategies. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from DeVry University.
