Amanda Ravenscraft

Amanda Ravenscraft has extensive experience in credit management and risk assessment. Currently serving as a Credit professional at The Redwood Group LLC since June 2019, Amanda has also been contributing as a Member of the Board of Directors for NACM Heartland since January 2017. Amanda holds the position of Credit Manager at Lansing Trade Group, LLC since July 2010, responsible for evaluating lending proposals of varying complexity. Previous roles include Claims Adjuster at Farmers Insurance, where efficient claims management and client communication were emphasized, and Credit/SOS Coordinator at Lowe's Home Improvement, focusing on commercial contractor accounts. Amanda's early career included an Accounts Payable Clerk position at Labconco Corporation. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Baker University, a BBA in Finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and earned a Credit Business Associate degree in Credit Management/Risk Management from the National Association of Credit Management.
