Chelsea McGowan

Chelsea McGowan is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in application development and IT consulting. Currently serving as the Manager of Application Development at Redwood Trust, Inc. since September 2015, Chelsea has focused on mentoring team members and facilitating daily project updates. Previous roles include Senior Developer at Redwood Trust, where a system for monitoring SQL Server Automated Jobs was designed, Developer at Natural Grocers with expertise in POS system configuration, and IT Senior Consultant at Oracle, involved in the global rollout of a Human Resource Talent Management System. Chelsea’s earlier experience includes senior technical roles with Decisioneering and Level 3 Communications, along with consulting at American Management Systems and teaching at the University of Colorado. An educational foundation in IT and HR Management was established at the University of Colorado Boulder.
