Deepak Awari

Deepak Awari is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and software engineering. Currently serving as VP - AI Product Manager at Redwood Trust, Inc., Deepak leads the AI strategy for the organization. Previously, Deepak held several senior product management roles at Microsoft, focusing on areas such as Entra Recommendations, Data Science & Core Data Services, and Experimentation, where responsibilities included enhancing security postures, building production-ready data pipelines, and driving product innovation. Earlier roles include software engineering at Cayuga Networks and Lam Research, as well as a teaching and research position at Cornell University. Deepak holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University and a Growth Product Manager Nanodegree from Udacity.
