Tatiana Oueini

Tatiana Oueini has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as Senior Vice President, People & Culture at Redwood Trust, Inc. Tatiana previously worked at Capital Group as an Assistant Vice President, Lead Human Resources Business Partner. Tatiana also held various roles at Nestlé, including Region Human Resources Leader, Factory Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Additionally, they served as the Regional Human Resources Director at Saks Fifth Avenue and as an Executive Team Leader - Human Resources at Target. Tatiana has also been involved in board positions, such as being a Member of the Board of Directors for the Circle of Change Leadership Conference and a Fellow on the Board of Directors for Extraordinary Families. Furthermore, they gained valuable experience as an Elected Board Member for the Porter Ranch Neighborhood Council, where they managed budgets, collaborated on solutions for the community, and prioritized community needs.
