Tracy Stelk

Tracy Stelk currently serves as Managing Director at Redwood Trust, Inc., a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tracy held the title of Head of Financial Reporting & Accounting Policy at Millennium Management from June 2016 to August 2023, where responsibilities included establishing a Center of Excellence for financial reporting, providing solutions for complex accounting issues, and managing relationships with key stakeholders on technical accounting matters. Tracy's experience also includes serving as Global Head of IFRS/International Accounting Policy at AIG from August 2010 to June 2016, overseeing a global team in the provision of IFRS and US GAAP advisory services, leading significant projects, and authoring comment letters to the Financial Accounting Standards Board. Earlier in the career, Tracy worked at EY as a Senior Manager in the National Asset Management Practice, focusing on audits of various investment entities. Tracy holds a degree from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business.
