Redwood Ventures was founded in 2010 by a team of experienced professionals with extensive backgrounds in investment banking, finance, and project management. The company's managing director, Luis Miranda, has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, including stints as an investment banking director, financial analyst, and project manager. He is a graduate of Universidad Panamericana and Harvard University. Redwood's chief financial officer, Sergio Lopez, has experience in private equity and investment banking and holds degrees from Grenoble Ecole de Management and UBC Sauder School of Business.
