Lalit Saini

Lalit Saini has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lalit started their career at HBJ Capital Services Pvt Ltd as a Sales Executive, where they quickly advanced to become a Sales Team Lead. Lalit built and managed a successful team, achieving high revenue generation and receiving recognition as the "Outstanding employee of the year."

After that, Lalit co-founded Trustwin Capresearch Services Pvt. Ltd. and built a team of 15 members. Lalit developed product offerings and established a streamlined client subscription process.

Lalit then joined HDFC Bank as a Relationship Manager, where they provided personalized banking services to high-net-worth individuals. Lalit successfully enhanced the Net Portfolio Value by leveraging relationship management and cross-selling skills.

Moving on, Lalit joined KNAB Finance as a Manager Strategic Alliances. Lalit implemented value-based selling strategies, onboarded channel partners, and optimized processes, leading to significant revenue growth. Lalit also defined and executed account strategies, collaborating with internal teams and channel partners.

Lalit's next role was at Brown Thomas Arnotts as a Consultant. Lalit played a crucial role in driving digital transformation by evaluating the existing loyalty proposition, mapping customer journeys, and identifying quick wins for the loyalty program launch.

Currently, Lalit is working at RedZinc as a Marketing Manager. Lalit is responsible for planning and executing inbound and digital marketing initiatives to increase website traffic and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL). Lalit has also established lead generation and management processes, conducted market research, and co-authored white papers.

Throughout their career, Lalit has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and revenue-focused approach.

Lalit Saini has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, which was obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, Lalit attended Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree. Apart from their formal education, Lalit has also obtained additional certifications in various fields. In December 2022, they received the "Design Thinking for Healthcare Innovation - Level 1: Foundation Skills" certification from Children's Health Ireland. In June 2021, they obtained the "Fundamentals of digital marketing" certification from Google Digital Garage. In addition, Lalit received the "Bloomberg essentials" certification from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in December 2020.
