Amanda Kennedy has a diverse work experience. Amanda began their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at Rutgers University, where they conducted gene mapping and studied sperm morphology using the model organism Caenorhabditis elegans. Amanda then worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee, where they researched bioremediation and developed experimental plans. Following this, Amanda joined KEYENCE CORPORATION as a Sales Engineer, providing consultative services to customers in various manufacturing industries and working directly with partners and OEM's. Most recently, they are working as a Medium Enterprise Account Executive at Redzone Production Systems.
Amanda Kennedy pursued their education starting in 2011 at Rutgers University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Genetics. During their time at Rutgers, they also pursued a minor in Spanish. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2015, Amanda went on to further their education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. There, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Genome Sciences/Genomics, which they completed in 2018.
