Jacob Plecki

Jacob Plecki has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jacob started their career at zulily, where they held two positions, starting as an Area Manager and later becoming an Operations Manager. In these roles, they managed a team of associates, designed projects for cost savings, and served as a subject matter expert in Outbound operations.

After zulily, Jacob joined Amazon as an Area Manager, where they played a crucial role in launching a new Dallas Sort Center and excelled in managing a team, achieving top performance metrics, and creating standard operating procedures.

Jacob then transitioned to Redzone as a Production System Coach, contributing to the improvement of production systems.

Prior to their current role, Jacob founded Reign Dentistry and Aesthetics, assuming the role of Owner/Business Manager. There, they focused on ensuring compliance, patient satisfaction, and profitability, while also overseeing employee training and performance.

Currently, Jacob serves as an Implementation Project Manager at QAD Redzone, utilizing their skills and experience in managing projects.

Jacob Plecki attended The Ohio State University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Logistics Management. In addition to their degree, Jacob has also obtained several certifications, including the Compliance Module, Productivity Module, Redzone Certified Frontline Operator, and Reliability Module, all from Redzone Production Systems and QAD Redzone.
