Joe T. has work experience in two companies. Joe started working at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies in 2011 and held various roles including Continuous Improvement Manager and Lean Systems Engineering Specialist. Joe also had co-op positions in operations engineering, process engineering, and supply chain management. In 2019, Joe joined QAD Redzone as an Operational Excellence Coach and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Coach in July 2022.
Joe T. attended Kettering University from 2010 to 2014 where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Joe T. obtained a Lean Systems Black Belt from Freudenberg Sealing Technologies in March 2016, a Lean Administration Green Belt from the same institution in July 2018, and a Six Sigma Black Belt in December 2018.
