Kelly Loudermilk, M.S., SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Kelly is currently a Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, where they are part of an exclusive community of HR executives and has the opportunity to publish thought leadership articles on Forbes.com.

In their previous roles, Kelly worked as a Vice President of Human Resources at REE Medical and as the Head of People at First Page Strategy. Kelly has also worked at BuildHR - Your HR Source as a Professional Speaker & Talent Innovator, where they led international recruiting teams, developed employer brands, and coached C-suite executives.

Kelly has also held positions such as Head of Global HR Operations at Avoma, where they facilitated rapid employee growth and established foreign entities. Kelly worked as a Talent and Engagement Manager at Academic Impressions, Talent Manager at Astra Solutions, and HR Manager (Contract) at ENOSERV. Additionally, they served as a Contract Corporate Recruiter at Hilti USA, where they successfully implemented campus recruiting strategies.

Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as HR strategy, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and leadership coaching. Kelly has experience in scaling companies, managing organizational change, and building effective sourcing and assessment approaches. Kelly has also shown proficiency in compliance with employment, benefits, and safety regulations.

Kelly Loudermilk holds a Master's of Science degree in Law from Champlain College, which they obtained between 2016 and 2018. Kelly also earned a Graduate Certificate in Employment and Labor Law from the same institution from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Management and Business Law at The University of Tulsa from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Kelly has obtained several certifications. These include being a Verified ClickUp Power User from ClickUp, a Certified Brain-Based & Solution-Focused Coach from BrainFirst®, a Trainual Certified Consultant from Trainual, and completing the Inclusive Female Leadership program on LinkedIn, all of which were obtained in 2022. Kelly is also an OKR Certified Coach from the Expert in the Outcome Mindset Method program (2022) and a Master Performance Consultant from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) (2021). Additionally, they completed the Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences course (LinkedIn, 2020) and The Neuroscience of Learning course (LinkedIn, 2019). Lastly, they hold the PI Certified Talent Optimization Consultant certification from Talent Optimization by The Predictive Index (2019) and the SHRM - SCP certification from SHRM, which they obtained in March 2018.
