Martha Mavropoulou

Martha Mavropoulou has a diverse work experience in various industries. Martha started their career as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, working with engineering clients on talent strategies and designing assessment campaigns. Martha later worked as a Human Resources Consultant, providing HR projects for clients in science, construction, healthcare, and more. Martha also worked as a Visiting Lecturer in HR & Psychology at Birmingham City University, where they lectured undergraduate and Masters programs. Martha then became a People Partner at Citizen, where they streamlined technical career paths and increased promotions. Currently, Martha is the Director of People at REE Automotive, where they are a trusted partner to the company's leadership and is part of the UK leadership team.

Martha Mavropoulou has a diverse education history. Martha obtained a BSc (Hons) in Human Psychology (BPS) from De Montfort University and later pursued an MSc in Occupational Psychology (BPS) from the University of Nottingham. Martha also acquired a Post Graduate Certificate in Workforce Planning from the University of West London and a CIPD Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (MCIPD) from CIPD Qualifications. In 2023, they attended the QUATRO Leadership Lab for leadership development. Additionally, Martha has obtained various certifications in areas such as agile project management, human resources, customer service, and innovation strategies from institutions like LinkedIn and The British Psychological Society.
