Jessica Medina Caicay is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist at Reebok since August 2022, overseeing the alignment of HR policies and processes with corporate strategy in Peru. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant in People Management at MAZ Group Consultores, where specialized HR consulting services were provided, and as Head of Human Resource Management at Forever 21, managing comprehensive HR processes to enhance organizational culture. Jessica previously held positions such as Corporate Selection Manager at Complejo Hospitalario San Pablo and Head of Recruitment, Selection, and Labor Contracts at Aruntani S.A.C., demonstrating expertise in recruitment, selection, and organizational development.
