Quince Ruark

Quince Ruark is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the footwear industry. Currently serving as Design Director at Reebok since June 2021, Quince leads teams in product development for running, basketball, and collaborative energy projects, notably managing partnerships for Cardi B and other focused footwear lines. Previously, Quince spent over seven years at Converse as Global Footwear Design Director, where the role involved driving brand innovation and expanding product lines beyond the iconic Chuck Taylor. Earlier experience includes a leadership position at Supra Footwear Company, where Quince aimed to enhance organizational structure and creative output, as well as developing successful product categories during a tenure at Vans. Quince began the career as a consultant designer at Hurley, focusing on surf products and utilizing Nike technology to enhance designs. Quince holds a degree in Graphic Design from FIDM.
