Scott Daley

Scott Daley is a seasoned executive in the athletic footwear and apparel industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Reebok USA since July 2023. Previously, at Reebok International, Daley held the position of Vice President of Footwear from January 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing all footwear categories and leading cross-functional teams. With a history in strategic product development, Daley has successfully managed various business units, including Running and Outdoor categories, and has a strong background in brand strategy execution and market leadership. Daley's earlier roles at both Reebok and Adidas Group, spanning from 2003 to 2011, included positions as Head of Mens Sport Product and Category Director, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry. Daley holds an MBA from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BA in Liberal Arts from Boston University.
