Sally Young

Sally Young is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in talent and people experience. Currently serving as Group Talent Director and Chief People Experience Officer at Reece Group since February 2017, Sally has held key positions at Bupa Australia & New Zealand as Director of People Experience and at Treasury Wine Estates as Global Talent Director. Prior roles include HR leadership at Coles Group, Sony Music Entertainment, and Allied Domecq, as well as starting a consultancy with Definitive Holdings. Sally's career began at Unilever, with various HR positions in the UK and Brazil, and includes a role as Personnel Manager at Laura Ashley. Sally holds a BA Hons degree in Industrial Relations and Psychology from the University of Strathclyde, complemented by a Certificate from the Institute of Personnel and Development.
