Faith Gaston-Carlos

Faith Gaston-Carlos, CPM, currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Program Management at Reed Elsevier Philippines, a position held since November 2021. In this role, Faith oversees cross-functional work programs and projects, focusing on strategy implementation and enhancing awareness of new business models. With over 18 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing and Financial Services industries, Faith previously worked at AIG as Head of Strategy & Engagement and Chief of Staff, as well as in various project management roles, including PMO Manager Associate Director Level. Prior experience at HSBC includes serving as Senior Project Specialist and Senior Assistant Manager for Operations Desk. Faith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of the Philippines and graduated valedictorian from Roosevelt College Marikina High School.
