Roel Mapoy

Roel Mapoy has extensive experience in operations and quality management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Reed Elsevier Philippines since January 2013, where roles have included Site Lead and Director of Operations, as well as Director of Operations and Quality, Training, and Metrics Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Quality and Training Manager at Transcom, Quality Assurance Manager at Shell Shared Services, Quality Manager at Convergys, and Quality Specialist at NCO Group. Roel Mapoy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of the Philippines, earned between 1996 and 2000.
