Todd Cullinan

Todd Cullinan is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing web applications, services, and databases. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at ReedGroup since June 2016, Todd specializes in .NET technologies, JavaScript libraries, and SQL Server.
