Amy Koss

Amy Koss is an Associate in Insurance Recovery at Reed Smith LLP, where tenure began in September 2022, following a role as a Summer Associate with the firm in May 2021. Prior legal experience includes serving as a Law Clerk to Special Masters for the NFL Concussion Settlement Litigation, focusing on contract adherence and reporting to the court. Koss also held a Legal Intern position at the Delaware County Office of the Solicitor, creating comprehensive reports on local legislative powers, and worked as a Client Advocate at a student-run legal clinic, assisting low-income clients with custody and child support issues. Additional experience includes interning with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's Drug Strike Force Division. Koss obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2022 and a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Political Affairs with a minor in History from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 2019.
