Andrew Tetley

Andrew Tetley is a partner at Reed Smith LLP with extensive experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration, as well as advising on cross-border transactional and commercial matters. As a French "avocat" and English solicitor, Andrew has represented clients in both French and international courts. Andrew also serves as a chargé d'enseignement at Université de Paris Dauphine, lecturing Masters students on English law. Previously, Andrew was a New Zealand member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration from July 2015 to June 2021 and contributed to multiple ICC working groups. Andrew's legal career includes positions at several law firms, where expertise in maritime law and commercial litigation was developed. Andrew holds an LLB in English Law and French Law from the University of Birmingham and a Master's degree in French Company and Commercial Law from Université de Limoges.
