Bareeq B. Barqawi

Bareeq B. Barqawi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development, human resources, and academic advising. Currently serving as the Global Talent Development Supervisor at Reed Smith LLP since March 2023, Bareeq previously held the position of Program Manager of Career Development at Amazon, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for AWS Marketing. With a background in HR as Business Partner II and I, Bareeq contributed to performance management, employee relations, and crisis management in various roles.
