Becca Naylor

Becca Naylor has been a Partner at Reed Smith LLP since February 2014, where Becca also serves as Head of Pro Bono EMEA, managing pro bono initiatives across 12 offices in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Naylor commenced pro bono work during the final year of the training contract, ultimately qualifying as a full-time pro bono associate. In addition to extensive experience in pro bono work, Naylor briefly worked as Joint Head of Casework & Programmes at Safe Passage, developing casework strategy focused on aiding those fleeing persecution. Naylor has held various roles in civil rights and human rights organizations, such as Liberty and Reprieve UK. Naylor holds an LLB from the University of Cambridge and completed legal training at BPP Law School.
