Carol Colborn Loepere

Carol is global chair of the firm's Business and Finance Department, and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Senior Management Team. She leads a team of over 800 attorneys who provide transactional, finance, and counseling services to clients across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
