Katie Sikon has extensive experience in legal recruiting and human resources, working at Reed Smith LLP since July 2007 in various capacities, including Senior Legal Recruiting Manager and Legal Recruiting Manager. Prior to Reed Smith LLP, Katie held the position of Administrative Assistant at Special Counsel and worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, preparing offer letters, and coordinating employee programs. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 2000 and 2004.
