Nick Breen

Nick Breen is a Partner at Reed Smith LLP, with a legal career that began with the firm as a Trainee before advancing to Associate and then Partner since September 2010. During a period of secondment, Nick served as Legal Counsel UK for Audible, Inc., focusing on licensing, production, distribution, and marketing contracts, as well as advising on regulatory and commercial matters. Additional secondments include roles at IPG, collaborating with Marina Palomba and Anja McGuiness on content, advertising clearance, and marketing issues, and at Bauer Media, where collaboration with Tina Sany-Davies and Lexi Civil involved advising on advertising, marketing, and commercial matters across various Bauer brands. Nick holds an LLB in Law from the University of Nottingham and completed legal education at the College of Law, London.
