Kathy Addison

Kathy Addison is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the health and wellbeing sector, currently serving as the Service Development Manager for Reed Wellbeing since June 2020. Previously, Kathy held various roles at Reed in Partnership from December 2005 to June 2020, including Curriculum Development and Evaluation Manager, where Kathy managed the Training Evaluation Framework, and Product Development Manager for Youth Services, focusing on life skills programs for adolescents. Kathy also has a strong background in project management, having designed and implemented diagnostic tools and assessments to aid clients in identifying employment needs. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Reading and further studies at the University of Hertfordshire.
